How many Wedding slots are available?

Altar Ego ©  Wedding Weekend will include 8-10 Weddings per weekend.


Will I have my own Wedding or will I be sharing a time-slot with other couples?

Altar Ego ©  is  designed to reflect a private and intimate setting for each individual couple. Though the Weddings will take place in the same place, the time-frame for each wedding will not overlap.  You will have all of the privacy and attentive assistance you deserve on your Wedding day.


Will I be dealing with each individual vendor?

SP3 Weddings is the official full service event planner for Altar Ego©.  All couples will meet directly with the planning team to discuss all wedding related details.  SP3 Weddings will communicate your choices to each vendor, while you sit back, relax and enjoy the process!  There will be moments where meeting with the vendor directly will be necessary, as all couples will have the option to participate in planned pre-wedding activities.  But don't worry, these activities are designed to be fun and entertaining.  No 'work' required.


How do we book our Altar Ego©  Wedding?

After meeting with our planning team to review dates and availability, you can secure your spot by signing a contract and paying a $1000 deposit.  The remaining balance will be due in two even installments,  90 and 30 days prior to the event date.


Will I need to handle any details on my own?

Yes, you will have a small to-do list to complete on your own.  However, this only includes the details that are unique to your personal preferences, and involve the aspects of Wedding Planning most couples enjoy.  This includes mailing the provided invitations , selecting your wedding party and officiant, purchasing wedding attire and wedding rings, and applying for your marriage license.  The SP3 Weddings planning team will be on hand to assist with vendor referrals and answer any questions you may have regarding your small to-do list.  Everything else is covered in your Altar Ego© package and add-on services, if selected.


Can we incorporate our desired color palette in to the floral and décor design?

Yes!  We welcome your unique color selections to accent the flowers and room decor.  No two weddings will be completely the same, as we strive to reflect the unique style of each couple.

  

Will we get to view the space prior to the Wedding day?

Absolutely!  We would not have it any other way.  During the Brideshare© Rehearsal Dinner, all couples will get a tour of the event space, view the altar ceremony decor, and participate in a simple rehearsal to prepare you for the Wedding day.


Do the catering and cake services include a food tasting?

Yes, definitely.  With over 15 food Hors D’oeuvres  to choose from, we want to be sure you are happy with your menu.  Your initial food selections will be communicated to the caterer and bakery.  Prior to the wedding, you will have the chance to taste your selections to ensure you are happy with your decision.


Can we take away any services, to lower the offered price?

All packages are set.  While you cannot 'take away' any services, you may add-on services from a set list of upgrades, if so desired.


Is there an option for Videography?

Not at this time, as videography does not fit in to the cost effective model of Altar Ego©.  However, if videography is important to you, we are happy to provide referrals to local vendors we trust, to get you what you need.


Will Brides receive a Trial Appointment with their selected Hair and Make-up Artist(s)?

Yes, all packages include a Bridal trial appointment for both hair and make-up.


Can we choose the music for the ceremony and reception?

Well of course!  Our in-house DJ will create a custom playlist to your specifications for both the ceremony and reception.  Packages #1 and #2 include a music playlist.  Package #3 includes a disc jockey for live music during the extended reception.


Can we incorporate special things into the ceremony? 

i.e. Soloist, unity candle lighting, etc.? 

Yes, as long as it fits within the set time-frame of the ceremony.  Your options will be reviewed during your planning session with SP3 Weddings.
